That happens to me also. What I do is pick and choose who I spend time with and what I do with them. If you have plenty of friends, don't worry about it. If you lack in friends, then you should listen to diniesaur's advise and interact for the sake of interacting. We all need friends in our lives, e... |

In my opinion, there is no "right" way to hit anyone, especially a child. There are other ways of teaching right and wrong. Hitting is an act of domination through violent manner, yes even a little spanking! Kids deserve to be loved and guided consistently, not dominated or condescended upon. If the... |

Yes, when my fiance is home I know he is going to have on very loud video games and tv so I often can do little more than sleep those days. Any attempt to try to explain to him why it hurts and ask him to do something else I can enjoy usually results in him yelling at me or degrading me saying all ... |

I am wondering the same thing, and somehow the advice just deal with it and suck it up does not seem to help. Same. I feel worse when people tell me to suck it up. I had a psych ask me why I'd made suicide attempts in the past. I told her something along the lines of the OP and she told me to suck ... |

I am tired of being a sh***y writer. I really don't think I can get things right. I am almost afraid to talk to peop... |

Hi, I've noticed lately (over the past year) that my symptoms seem worse than any other time in my life. When I think about the times I wasn't as depressed or anxious as I am now, I was probably taking better care of myself. Anyone else notice a correlation, or have information on this? Also, I kno... |

I do. Since I was about 17. My whole family smokes, and I'm sure my mother smoked when she was pregnant with me. My brother got me to smoke when I was young, and then my friend used to sneak cigs for us to share while we were waiting for the school bus. At that time, it was because I thought I was ... |
