All my children went through this around this age, and I only have one on the spectrum. My child with autism seemed to have more ??s about it but my sons 17 yo girlfriend passed of cancer at the time so not sure if thats why she was more obsessive with it or not.It lasted a few months off and on now...

Sorry your going through the bullying, We deal with the same thing with my child. My only concern with homeschooling is that they need socialization and are they going to get enough ?

As someone with aspergers and who as worked with autistic children I understand the importance routines have in our lives. They explained it to us at our first appointment that its similar to dog training. I found it to be a joke really, and most of whats taught are just common things we do at home anyway. We stopped therapy for now.I can see where it would be useful for some though.

We have thought of food sensitivity issues, and have ruled it out. We have worked on this for a year. Every doctor we have seen says the same thing, that medication will not help this. We have seen 4 specialists so far .

I have set a many of hours and cried over all this, The school did move my child from a reg bus to a SN bus which only has 4 kids on it, My child loves this bus and it has helped some of the morning meltdowns. I have a 8 yo with autism and sometimes he appears to not be able to keep up with school work at times, but at the same time appears sometimes to know more then what even I know .Its the same with social interactions..etc sometimes he seems fines other way behind.
