I am writing an essay about nuclear fusion and I wanted to include a survey to see if there really is correlation between how much people know about the subject and if their opinion about it is positive or negative. But I have absolutely zero ideas about where to post it (I tried on facebook but it ... |

I believe hyperlexia is considered a learning disability, and it should be "the opposite of dislexia": good decoding abilities but poor comprehension. According to wikipedia (I have read this somewhere else though, I just can't find it): Some experts denote three explicit types of hyperlexics.[5] Sp... |

Is there a reason you couldn't keep just 1 puppy? I might be moving out next year, and my sister in three years, so my parents don't want the burden of another dog. I get that, what I don't get is why, since they want to give the dog away, I have to find someone to give it to. I have tried but it's... |

I have been mildly depressed in the last period, so my point of view on what is happening might be a little skewed by my own emotional turmoils, that's why I'm looking for some objectivity. Here's what happened: In december we found out my 10 year old dog was pregnant. It was an accident, the neighb... |

Lately've been feeling like that too. I think it's because I am depressed, but I know it is only because of the circumstances I'm in and I still hope they will change someday and I will be able to do what I want. If I knew it was going to be like this for the rest of my life I'd probably think about... |

Yes, it happens to me too. Sometimes I catch myself rocking or swinging my legs and wonder if I used to do it before finding out about Asperger's. Then I remember being scolded by my parents in middle school and teased by my ex boyfriend 3-4 years ago because of it, but it still doesn't make me feel... |

Other than loud noises and "complicated" noises like crouds make me dizzy and stressed, high pitched noi... |

I don't do that, and it confused me at first, too. Aren't autistic people supposed to be literal-minded? |

If I understand correctly what you mean by "opposite", then no, because people with asperger's can also have dyslexia. |

Hehe.
I don't like shaving, primarily because it's a waste of time. I only shave when I see my boyfriend (every 2 months or so). |

I only repeat movie lines, songs and my own words, and talk to myself. At least, that's what I've noticed (I never noticed I sometimes stutter until I talked about it with someone who does).
Off topic: to the poster above, I don't know if you know but your name means "crazy" in my language. |
