http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff470/chaoticquixotic/1sm298wall.gif I use to post on WP a long while back, but recently rejoined. Up until now I couldn’t quite remember why I left the first time, but now I’ve managed to put my finger on it. It’s because of the fact that, when I post in the vas... |

I think we’ve fallen into the trap here of thinking all NTs are the same; whereas in fact, like Aspies some can show extreme empathy, while others can be cold and heartless. I think personally, social skills aside, NTs and Aspies have more or less equal degrees of empathy and that like with autism t... |

It sounds hard; I'm not sure I'd be able to do it. But good luck to you. Hope it works out. Thanks. At the start of this month I completely ran out of money. No rent, nothing. My new game does not go on sale until next month. It has taken fourteen years to get it to a state where I am happy with it... |

what makes you think [with money] you would be any happier? Money does give choices, but if anything it’s just a way of side-stepping the problem. Because I am a dreamer, an artist, an idealist. I know what I want from life, and I know that other will people want it too. I am working on answers to ... |

By the human race I have been mocked, ridiculed and rejected regardless of what I have done to be a kind person. How do I stop myself from growing to hate them? Money. Try to find a way to be financially self sufficient. Then you can only deal with people you like. I know exactly what you mean by h... |

Lack of empathy is perhaps the most damaging myth about autism, because the implication is that people on the spectrum don’t care. Somewhere along the line it has been assumed by someone that social skills and empathy are the same thing, but this is simply not the case. The ability to read social cu... |

Stop thinking they do that to you intentionally, because they don't know how to behave. People have no free will and no clear idea about what's good and wrong, that's why they are so mean. Don't be judgemental and try to observe the reality. You don't have to accept it, don't even to reject it, jus... |

By the human race I have been mocked, ridiculed and rejected regardless of what I have done to be a kind person. How do I stop myself from growing to hate them? By realising that it’s not the human race, so much as only certain members of the human race, who have done this to you. Not everyone is l... |

You already have friends here Bumble, sort of. By friends I mean a relationship of sorts with people you can talk too and who care about you. True we can’t go the cinema with you or pop around for a cup of tea; but we are here for you. And in many important ways you are already socialising. You are ... |

Would have helped if I had been more like my mum. Miss social butterfly never short of a friend and always engaged to somebody (engaged 8 times married 3 times). I have not even managed to get married once! She could have passed some of it on to me. My brothers got it...they are never out of a rela... |

I think I'm very lovable, once you get to know me and if I feel a connection with you. These are two big conditions... What! You mean I have to get to know you before I can find you lovable. 8O Dam!
