| The bad quality sleep issue could definitely be the cause for the nocturia. If you aren't sleeping deeply enough, your body never goes into the "hibernation" mode and it thinks you are awake. I'd see the sleep specialist first and if after that the nocturia continues, I'd say you should go see a uro... |

I'm 31, just divorced after a 6 year marriage and I have 2 young children. I'm still in love with my ex-husband and taking the divorce and loss of my routine very hard. Trying to get out there and date other guys, but I'm just not feeling it.  |
