OK cosmiccat, lets do this more sensibly. Out of the 65 dinos, hands up those who DON'T hear at least a background (fairly indescribable) hiss. ALso, have we all heard of the Mosquito ringtone ? I can always hear this, but one of my eight players distorts it so badly that it's easy. It may even be ...

Anyone else?

Make it thirteen. I have a bumblebee just inside my right ear, but she's a loud one and she sings, sometimes.

I know this an odd moment to add this, but the 100th page is nearly finished. Here's to 100 more pages my friends, with continuing discussions on all things strange, wondrous, funny, and tragic... I love you one and all! http://img292.imageshack.us/img292/1444/dinoaspiecafewy7.th.jpg Very, very coo...

Well, yeah. Life is good. It was rough getting started, we lost six during pregnancy. Then, we gave up "trying" (actually we gave up more than once), but two little miracles finally "came true". oh, my heart goes out to you, Dawg. I miscarried 6 times myself between 4th and 6 months, so I understan...

Well DirtDawg, that leaves you. Did you have any kids? Well, yeah. Life is good. It was rough getting started, we lost six during pregnancy. Then, we gave up "trying" (actually we gave up more than once), but two little miracles finally "came true". We have a six year old daugher and an eight year ...

Hi! I've been peering in the window for a week now, reading all the posts. Can I sit in the corner over there? This is my first post and my favourite place on the WP. I'd suggest you give it a quick check before sitting down. Some people have no respect for corners... or potted plants. *tries to co...

I'm sorry HartzofSpace! The noise is the hardest part of living close to neighbors I think. I know you've got to be tired! Hopefully they all have hangovers today, and you can return the favor!

It helps me tremendously, to be able to get a little quick energy stim, by beating the sh** out of a sand filled bag. I'm supposed to be almost out of testosterone, and that may be so, but in the mean time, it really helps! and I in turn am starting to flood with testosterone, due to my body's "cro...

DirtDawg: seems the same officers that 'assisted' my sister and customer aided you as well. :) Ah, well. I understand your lack of 'respect' in that situation. Honestly, I normally speak to all officers with respect. I'm sure that you do too. Of course! I have extreme respect for those who lay thei...

If you guys keep on talking about surviving fights, I may have to talk about some sickening stuff, too.

Thanks everyone! Just writing this has pissed me off again. I'm going to go to the gym to take it out on a bag. I'll be back when I've calmed down. Thanks Merle. I'm glad my other 'personas' helped you too! :) Not to sound too hippy and stuff, but Dude, you have got to get a bag for the garage. It ...

I love your fractal picture DirtDawg! The colors, the design, everything! Nicely done!! ! (Don't ever tell me how to do it, I'd get lost in it forever and never come up for air :) ). *gasps for air* Thanks, Chuck! I find I hurt less people when I am distracted with fractals. The rant? Sorry,...

I hope this doesn't annoy anyone, but this is one of my fractal pieces. I do a lot of these as a stress reliever. There is no post-processing manipulation, as could be done in Photoshop - just the fractal program.

Cool. The old Macintoshes are nice. Aren't the Zen single-ended triodes? You must have some sensitive speakers. I've never heard the Visatons, but I can't imagine how you can drive them with triodes?? Anyhoo, it takes a minimum of 100 w/channel to drive the current-sucking VR5s. Yes, Zens are Singl...

Welcome to the Asperotica Cafe! Let's look at fractals while listening to Pink Floyd and mix our atoms. Now you've done it. My machine is completely slugged. I didn't have Xaos installed, so I grabbed it and started it. Fullscreen. Doing auto-pilot through std Mandelbrot, about 20% Alpha mix with o...
