| Well with most metal the structure is actually pretty organized.....so there is a lot of repetition of similar parts of the song, it's kind of hard to explain but its like the structure of it is organized in such a way it can be calming even though its a more aggressive style of music. | For me, too much sensory input of any kind will do it. It makes me feel physically sick (pretty sure it plays games with my blood pressure). walking. I live in an area where I can go for a walk by myself at night
the combination of air and exercise is awesome!
I am also probably on the spectrum, so after a day of constant sensory input from my kids, I often feel physically sick.. This helps. |
