In the past month, i've found that foods of wheat/milk are starting to make me sick. Is it just me, or with a certain age aspies find this to be increasingly sickening.

I am extremely sensitive just below my gut, and above my hips. When I am lying down and press my finger, I get a sort of ticklish feeling, but it also feels painful, like a shock. Anyone else react like this?
