I have a large head and issues with facial expression. I don't smile and people tell me I look angry. I feel like people avoid eye contact with me because of it. At least my whole adult life I have had low energy levels, high cholesterol, like to sleep a lot, snore, and I'm about 15lbs overweight.

I'm 43 and have no friends at all. Up until about age 25, I had maybe 2 or 3 friends at any given time. Job changes and moving across country definitely had an impact.
