I've been aware of my feelings for other boys for several years, I think I was 6 when I first recognised it. I haven't really 'came out' as such yet, my dad's always suspected so I confirmed it, I've vaguely explained it to my little brother, and shared my feelings (and a kiss) with a friend who fel... |

I was force-fed Creationist Christianity for several years much to my despair. I appreciate that faith in a higher power is very important to many people but it's just not something I can believe in, there's too much evidence to the contrary in my opinion. I also despair at the enormous loss of life... |

It entirely depends on the circumstances leading to the child entering the adoption system that should determine which families are suitable, however I don't believe that there are many circumstances which would stop a homosexual couple being chosen as a suitable adopted family. If the child had suf... |

Why not 'Valk? If it's not the case that some individuals are born as gay, then I'd be extremely interested to learn what influenced me as my dad apparently suspected I would turn out gay when I was still a toddler. I've been aware of my proclivities towards boys over girls since I was 5, but for y... |

Anyway, that cartoon illustrates the way people are so easily fooled by a married couple of the opposite sex. They just assume such people will automatically be perfect without any problems whatsoever and that is far from reality. There are an awful lot of dysfunctional people in the world and when... |

You sir are very well spoken for one your age. 8) Thank you very much, Bill. That's one of the ways my ASD has affected me for the better, my literacy and numeracy have always been years ahead of my age :) I don't buy the claim that one is born with it. Why not 'Valk? If it's not the case that some... |

the only argument against gay adoption that i can sort of understand is that children would be far more vulnerable to bullying, but that is a cultural indictment rather than an indictment of the inherent ability or inability of gay couples to look after children. I've found the biggest source of bu... |

I really hate a lot of modern cartoons, I much prefer the older cartoons from my dad's childhood and before. A lot of the stuff on Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon is just mind-numbing bullsh*t.

I was still having regular 'accidents' up until age 10 and it really knocked my confidence, it didn't matter how little I drank or how many times I went to the potty, I would still flood the bed, it's been a long time since it last happened but I'm still weary and will usually pad before bed. My lit... |

Somewhere between 2 and 4 but I've never had public meltdowns and not many private ones, that's more my little brother's realm though he's improved vastly the past few years.

You're welcome Setai There are several cases where bending the truth for the benefit of your child can be the better option, but in this case I really don't believe that it is. Children usually have a fairly good idea when they're being lied to or manipulated and this is something that he needs to k... |

My dad was always completely honest with me, my mom the complete opposite, she used to tell me ritalin were vitamins and even though I knew the truth kept lying to me and everybody else. Levi had much bigger problems with meltdowns than I ever did and she used to give him valium rather than deal wit... |

Science, maths and music, oh and I've recently got into developing websites too. I really love science and maths and hope to make a career out of them at some point, dad is trying to get me into college a couple of days a week so I can get some US qualifications as I only have 4 standard grades from... |
