I'm more interested in volunteer work that involves heavy social interaction with peers. If it did or didn't improve social skills, why do you think that was?

I teach algebra and geometry at a community college. The staff and students love me and I get the job done. Diagnosed with AS over a year ago. Worst job for someone with AS, retail. Well, you said it yourself, he has fired entire departments before, so it isn't you personally, it is him. I know it will be tough without a job, but at least it doesn't seem to be your fault.

My parents bribed me with a toy if I stayed in bed for a week. After a week, I was conditioned to want to sleep in the bed alone, and I got a toy as well. Worked for me, and it might work for you.

There is a slightly increased risk. For most people with autism this is not the source of it.

I was born at term without any complications, but when I was born, I didn't cry according to my mom. This is true of my daughter as well.

I was recently diagnosed with AS, but it doesn't seem to be caused by problems in utero.
