my expressions are very animate when they're spontaneous and sincere.
i'm so bad at smiling 'nicely' for photos that i almost always automatically resort to making a ridiculous face and not even trying to look natural. |

I just started running again about a week ago, and my calves are killing me. I stretch a LOT, before and after each run (30 minutes or so, usually). All my other muscles are loosening up nicely from all the stretching, but the calf muscles are remaining pretty tight and I wake up with them stiff and... |

I figure it's because illustration was one of my earliest obsessive tendencies, and I was a perfectionist about it. |

Just let him know that you were surprised, and that you're not attracted to anyone, including him. He sounds like an understanding and caring person, so I would guess that he'll probably be supportive and understanding in this situation, even if he's disappointed or self-conscious about it. It'll be... |

I'm sorry to hear this. This worries me too. I have a hard time getting too close to people (read: intimate relationships) sometimes because I deeply fear the death of the person I'm involved with. It's something I'm working on. |

I think it might be a good idea to consult a professional about this, if you can. I don't think you are obligated in any way to talk to this person, but if she has made progress it might be possible that contact from you (however brief) could strengthen her resolve to continue doing the right thing.... |

Just like on a test or in a game, it's only "cheating" in a relationship if it's against the rules of that relationship. I have never been able to fathom the idea of living with a lie about that kind of thing to someone I'm intimately involved with, so I've never cheated. I've always been honest abo... |

I couldn't relate to people at all or articulate my own feelings and thoughts when I was younger, up until my early 20s. That has changed dramatically. |

I have a large family full of very nice, caring people. I moved a few hours away for 7 years and hardly missed them at all. I was very closed off during my adolescence/early 20s. Now that I'm older, I'm growing to identify with them more, and I do miss them when I don't see them for a while, especia... |

Yeah, it does sound like they were being flirtatious...and so many people are interconnected online nowadays, they might not mind being looked up that way. Just be careful not to come on too strong, and be prepared for them to possibly be a little taken aback! I hope it pans out. |

I think you're doing really important work here. In retrospect, my first use of MDMA was a turning point in my ability to relate to others/feel comfortable in social settings. |

It sounds to me like he's A) trying to let you know what to expect in order to look out for your wellbeing, and B) laying his cards on the table now so that if you decide they're too much for you to handle (like a previous partner has, apparently) he can get it over with now. If you're happy with hi... |
