I can definitely relate to this! when I concentrate on something logically, my mind clocks overtime and my speech starts to accelerate. I also do it when explaining a difficult concept to someone, once I explained non-newtonian fluids to a mate and got so enthusiastic that I completely confused him....

I would recommend Portal and Portal 2, they're easy to play and you can jump straight into them.

Plus they're not as in your face overpowering action kinda games, than call of duty or Halo is, but is still thourghly entertaining :D

My major obsession is animals, such as care, management and health
so id like to do something like that, such as a veterinary surgeon
but with large animals perhaps in a zoo :D

This was probably down to the surgeon's personal preferance, He may of found it easier to stich using normal sitiches.
