Two thumbs up for X-Men. I use them a lot to explain autism politics to people and X2 has served me very well as an allegory in the past. As for 1 in 88 -a whole lot for fear mongering and +a ton because wheee more people like me! I also find that X-Men is a great way to explain that being differen...

If your at home give him space, don't talk to him, don't touch him and know what makes him comfortable.

Personally when I have a meltdown just being alone is comfortable, It mostly helps if I stim or find a way to mentally escape

to me fluorescent lights are brighter then the sun and the noise they make makes them worse then the sun. I don't mind the sun every-time it's just when it's very bright.

I also think the photo-sensitivity we aspies experience is also connected to a heat sensitivity too.
