| i have no experience to share as I do not have a diagnosis yet, but I live in Sussex too. Right now I'm on a waiting list to be seen at Brighton neurobehavioural clinic for assessment |

| I think it was the way it was almost like a demand- the text started 'I have decided....' that did annoy me. and it was after getting disturbed 5 times already that day. and also being really exhausted cos I am really stressed by a lot of stuff right now- which he does know because he already asked ... |

Is 5 text messages a day too many, because it feels that way to me. Usually I will text people 2-3 times a month ... |

| Why are you shocked? You can not really hide something like this. Accept yourself. I am just shocked because I wasn't expecting to see that written in the letter. | I got asked how old I was when I was trying to buy a packet of cigarettes in a supermarket last week. I'm nearly twice the legal age to buy them. I din't get embarrassed though, it was just annoying to have to find some ID. |
