I do very often, I don't think a day goes by that I don't talk to myself, and yes it's most always out loud but sometimes in my head if other people are around, I've always called it vocal doodling lol. Allot of times it's me replaying a conversation over, or having a conversation that I didn't have...

I do this all of the time!

It usually goes in waves, it'll be chicken tacos for dinner and lunch every day for over a month, then it'll switch and I'll go through bags of the same candy for weeks, then it'll switch again for a few weeks etc.
