I scored a 29. All the tests I take place me on the brink. I display some of the symptoms of AS with extreme frequency. Other symptoms I don't have at all. I'm not even sure if I really have AS. I plan on getting a real diagnosis when I'm back home in May.

Most people have no idea that asperger's is related to autism in any way at all. When most people think of autism, they think of SEVERE cases where someone cannot even form a complete sentence.

From reading your post, I think you're more normal than you think you are. A lot of people have tough childhood experiences like the ones you described. Of course, I don't know you in person, which is a totally different type of interaction. Just my two cents.

hi there, according to my theories (e.g. intense world syndrome etc... ) aspies are highly sensitive, intense beings. However, if the world is such intense for aspies, why are there not many aspies who take drugs to calm down? side note: I am just drinking some beer right now to compensate my curre...

Hi, I just recently figured out that I have a mild AS. It definitely runs in my family; I'm sure my dad suffers from it and I've seen some of the symptoms in my little brother as well. I've always felt disconnected from my peers. Not to sound arrogant, but it seems like most other people my age (19)...
