hanyo , Yeah, my hair was past my waist at the time. I had to have about half of it cut off to make it all the same length again. I didn't even get the courtesy of a threat, first I knew about it they'd thrown my cut hair on the floor and were all in a circle laughing about it. I never even went fo... |

This is an interesting thread! We all have a lot in common and yet a lot of little differences. I can't wear heels either, I can't walk in them. I like wearing converse-style trainers. I also don't like the colour orange...! I don't like wearing colours most of the time. Just black. I hate having cl... |

I like diniesaur's comparison of it to sports/exercise. It's exhausting, but it's good for you, it can be fun and you usually feel better afterwards. But I'm quite lazy, and get tired easily, and need to be prepared for it. I still like talking to my friends, but not every day, and I usually leave i... |

I hate it when people ask me "How are you?" or "How've you been?" because I'm never sure if they're actually asking, or just using it instead of "Hello"... and I usually end up saying "Hello" as a response and probably look stupid. I know I'm probably meant to say "Good, you?" but it just never come... |

I used to walk on my tip toes all the time when I was younger, but these days I just sort of throw my feet about when I walk and see where they land. I don't walk very elegantly and can't wear heels. I stand pigeon-toed but I'm not sure if I walk pigeon-toed or not. |

Sweetleaf , I'm so sorry to hear that, that sounds really frightening. Questor , I had hoped that with time these feelings would fade away, but if you still feel them in your early 50s it definitely makes me think I need to do something pro-active to tackle this... I empathize with you having had u... |

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I'm not seeing one at the moment. My doctor's surgery is pretty rubbish at organizing anything to do with mental health. I've had a million referrals and preliminary interviews, but only managed to see a councellor once - who wasn't any help at all. I'm okay w... |

I've been diagnosed with GAD and currently take medication for it. However I haven't been diagnosed with Aspergers (yet?) I'm trying to sort that out at the moment but the doctors aren't being very helpful... |

Hi, thanks for your reply. Generally, bullying every day from teachers and students, emotional and physical. I had students hit me, cut off my hair, spread rumors about me, shout at me, sometimes whole classrooms ganging up on me and throwing things at me while the teacher did nothing. Teachers beli... |

I didn't want to post this in the school section because I'm no longer at school. I'm 24 years old and left school when I was 16. I feel very alone in this very irrational phobia I have about school. I have intense fears and anxieties about being forced to go to school or being trapped in school. I ... |
