I have a friend who is a social worker, he has Asperger. His peers were reluctant to accept him at first, thinking he couldn't empathize with his patients but he's actually a really good listener.

There are a lot of scary things that people post on the comments thread of a news article. Unrelated to asperger's, a student at my university died. There was an article about it. The things that a few people wrote in the comments section of the article were horrific and I won't dignify them by repe...

Alright, I'm an NT. I'm pretty outgoing myself. My brother had many student peers with Aspergers. Right off the bat, a person's character is the last thing noticed. Clothes, attractiveness, likes, and conversation are what is noticed. Character is the basis for how people maintain friendships. You'r...

I have a class of 6th grade boys. They love Naruto and read those books a LOT. I was teaching them about China and Buddhism (it's a social studies class). They made comparisions about Goku and Dragon Ball Z-they know Dragon Ball Z inside out. I want to get a small (cheap) gift for the boys. I called...

OP, I'm an outgoing NT, I've got some voodoo Texas hold'em techniques. It's worked for me, give it a shot. So, you're gonna get noticed no matter what, if you dress like a trainwreck, women WILL notice you-bad attention Dress sharp, women will notice you-good attention. Ok so that's not really the v...

It's not actually C's fault. Here's my problem, I purchased an arduino for my students, highschool, I'm a student teacher. I want to introduce the students to electronics and the programming process in the hopes that they can build things on their own, and have some ownership and pride. So the ardui...
