I think in terms of my personal experience that I usualy keep a stable mood and that any anger that I have I don't express. The only time my anger comes out, is when it builds up over time(or an extreme situation), so when I become noticeably angry/unhappy it is unexpected and seemingly out of nowhe...

I find it slightly annoying, but not unbearable. I usualy just ignore people who say it, I think its kind of idiotic that some people have the compulsion to say it to show some kind of kindness.
