I may be wrong because I don't know you, but if you go to 9 doctors with the thought in the back of your head that you have AS and they all tell you that you don't have it...well then you don't have it. You should be trying to socialize with others if that's what you want. Don't listen to somebody w...

I think we all feel we could be treated a lot more fairly, whatever our problems be. I know I never would've gone to counseling if that was the case. I'm relieved that the "study" you referred to was just an "informative" article for teachers and not part of actual research. It was probably not writ...

I do not know the study you are referring to. I'm a psych major at the University of Wisconsin and I can tell you that the department here is superb. There are a few bad apples but they are vastly outnumbered by many truly fantastic teachers. I think I'm safe in that no other UW students will see th...

I don't have a myspace but everybody who uses it lies about everything they like and everything they do. There's no reason you can't do the same thing and fool somebody into liking you

The hard part is the IRL stuff.

If you have no desire for a relationship or a connection AT ALL then you might as well stick to prostitutes instead of screwing up somebody else's life. What's the big deal? If I wasn't a young guy (with a little hope left) I'd do it in a heartbeat. From reading the last page it looks like people wi...

I would say it's a reaction to anxiety. Incredibly mild panic attacks maybe? Your problem could also be a side-effect of a medication you're taking for something else. Or a million other things. If the problem is getting worse over time or is very difficult to deal with you should see a doctor ASAP.
