I too have always been awful at math. Without calculators or MS Excel, I would be completely lost.

I have that problem too. Especially if someone is trying to talk to me while there is music playing. Seems like my brain wants to hear the music and could care less about what the person in front of me is saying.

I have had a love of horror all my life and some say it's not normal.

As I look around in a lot of the forums around here, I see profile pictures with the likes of HP Lovecraft and Stephen King.

So My question is, Is it common for aspies to emerge themselves in horror?

I find I have the opposite problem, I enjoy dry expressionless humor. It's the overly obvious happy people that bother me.

I find that I am very dry. I do not show emotion typically in any situation. People find it very difficult to read me.
