Yeah, you're definitely on the right track. But I think a big part of it is also that if a guy asks a girl out without getting to know her first, then the girl would get mad because the guy is determining whether or not he wants to pursue a relationship with her solely based on her looks. I got it on Steam a few months ago and it's awesome... the BR 143 add on is my favorite.
