As I was the 'organiser' of this event, I am wondering if anyone is prepared to be an 'organiser' in my place? I hope my non-attendance does not stand in the w... |

If people are still interested, we could postpone the theatre meet, and find an available day that we can all agree on. My friend said it was good, personally I didn't rate the book, but I am still inter... |

Hi, The London meet up in May appears to be shaping up. I think we should wait for at least a week before we confirm a date. This will give time for anyone else who expresses interest in the meet up to suggest their preferred dates (and for those who are already interested in going to confirm their ... |

Thanks for your input.. I quite like the idea for the benefits you mention. Maybe we could combine the days events so have sometime in a cafe and then to go a theatre. That way it is optional and people can come for one or the other if they like? Does anyone else have thoughts on the theatre idea? ... |

Thanks for saving me the time :) From experience with meetups (I used to attend meetup with WP people, and other communities but have been out of the loop for a long time), I found that those that are activity based, tend to work b... |

Well, I think I obviously have given females the wrong impression in many ways. It really hurt me to be called a creep in my first year in college by girls who did not know me at all. On the other hand, later in college, I encountered a few really, really sexually aggressive females. Every man's dr... |

I've been to the Café in the Crypt several times. I like the atmosphere there. If it would be in the end of May I can probably be there on the 26th. It's Sunday though. Great. Sundays are a bit problematic though. All the London Underground maintenance goes on on Sundays and trains run a relatively... |

In relation to your question, I stumbled across a piece of writing by Slavoj Zizek on the subject of 'making a pass'...
