I think of memory as a kind of mental sheet of paper. If you write things on the sheet of paper (in pencil), then they're stored. But if you need more space, you can always erase things and just write new info down. But... I don't think that anything can be completely forgotten though. Even after so...

Ok so, yesterday, I powered up my laptop (Win 7 32-bit) and something interesting happened... When I clicked on Google Chrome (from the taskbar shortcut), it said "Can't open this item It might have been moved, renamed or deleted. Do you want to delete this item?" I thought that this was odd so I tr...

I'm sorry, I didn't intend on making it seems as if I made the video which I posted. It was made by a different user but I thought that other people would enjoy watching it as well as I did.

Kudos to you for your videos though!

Are there any other aspies that are interested by fractals? Sometimes when I need to relax, I watch a few user-created videos on YouTube. I think that they're so interesting because of the way that I pay attention to small details. But with fractals, they don't necessarily have an ending or beginnin...

I live around Security Square Mall and I'm watching the news on WJZ and it's starting to look pretty serious outside. My power hasn't gone out yet but I heard that some people have lost power. How are the conditions in the other cities that people still have power? Have you guys had any friends that...

I'm always barefooted in the house. I toe-walk and I like to feel the ground when I'm walking. Socks are great in the winter, but even though they're warmer, I HAVE to be barefooted to be completely comfortable. Oh, and I like to kind of pick up things with my feet/toes (sorry if this sounds weird b...

OK, I have been under immense stress lately, so maybe this has contributed, I don't know. I've always had sensory issues, but lately they seem even worse. My hearing has always been highly sensitive but more and more sounds seem to bother my ears now. I don't remember having a problem with showers ...

I was ssssoooooooo confused at the finale. I feel like maybe "the event" didn't really happen. Maybe Gary somehow got his abilities amplified and he's "inside his own head". I know that sometimes I can just retreat to my own mind so maybe if his ability was amplified, then it might also amplify some...

Percussion, trumpet, and does music production count? I produce music using a program called Fruity Loops. It's not a traditional instrument but I feel like ti should count though. It's a musical form of expression and it's taken me just as long to learn as my other instruments.

Hey, I recently saw a commercial for Lumosity.com and I thought that I would ask the Wrong Planet community if anyone has tried it. I used to have an account and I LOVED it. If you've used the service before, what game did you enjoy the most? I had many favorites but I loved the game that I believed...

I've taken shrooms a few times before. One time, I spent the night over a friends house and I SWORE that aliens had come and wanted to kidnap me so that I could teach their friends the wonders of music... lol It was flattering but made it VERY difficult to get to sleep. Usually on shrooms, I just re...
