Yes I am in the UK and I've booked a doctors appointment for a couple of weeks time to talk about it, the only thing is my doctors never seem to give me a straight answer, I get the impression their as confused as me about my symptoms, all their offering is CBT which I've got tomorrow... For me it's music, if I'm ever feeling down or going through a hard time I always end up playing the guitar or writing lyrics to express my feelings, then when I write a song everything seems more worthwhile and I actually feel good about feeling bad (if you know what I mean) I also use art occasion...

John Lennon, from beatles all the way through to his solo career, I can really relate to his lyrics and his artwork as well, I'm pretty much obsessed with the guy to be honest :D
but he helped me through a lot of hard times, I guess I found song writing and my own music through him as well :-)

Signs of a true friend would be someone who accepts you for who you are, you should feel at ease with them to talk about anything you want and not feel the conversation is awkward or you've said something wrong... If someone wants to be your friend you shouldn't feel your chasing after their friend...

I can't say if its right or wrong all I know is I do the same kind of things, yes I have daydreams and sometimes feel like I'm living them, I can't say if its normal, but then again normal is overrated anyway.... I like to use my day dreaming for a purpose, I write a lot of songs and create artwork ...

I have this problem as well, sometimes I'm absolutely fine can talk normally and feel great, then other times I just sit there all awkward and quiet and end up hating myself for it... I don't believe there's a cure and I don't believe treating it with drugs or alcohol helps, if anything drinking mak...
