The absolute worst feeling for me is rubbing a piece of paper against a wet fabric. For example, if you spill some water on your pants and try to wipe it off with a paper towel. The feeling of it makes me want to die. Nothing compares.

I've been a fan of metal for a long time and I am familiar with this band, although I haven't heard much by them. I like how they use electronic influences in their music.

I am not sure I agree with that. No, it doesn't. A guy isn't creepy because you don't find him attractive, but he is if he refuses to accept that. Both of you are either lying or delusional. A good-looking aspie would never get called creepy. It would be all "oh look, he's so shy! Isn't that cute!"...

Hate to break it to you but creepy is referring to your looks, not your behavior. Women call men "Creepy", aspie and NT alike, when they don't find us sexually attractive. Obviously it's not socially acceptable to call men ugly in public, so creepy is used instead. If we were better looking, it woul...

I have all of these. Except for 2, which doesn't apply to me because I've never been in an intimate relationship.

Asperger's and AvPD. If there's ever a recipe to guarantee lifelong virginity, this is it.

Not sure if this is an aspie thing but I've always had a odd reaction to Cannabis. I used to smoke every day but recently stopped because I had to start taking a new antipsychotic drug. For one thing, I have a REALLY low tolerance, and it never goes up at all no matter how often I smoke. I can get r...

That exact thing happened to me the other day. My friend told me his grandmother was dying, and I really couldn't offer anything besides "sorry to hear that".

I had imaginary friends when I was little. Now I create lots of characters in my head. Not imaginary friends, but a lot of the time I'll be thinking of certain personality traits, then invent a character in my head. Very specific, like their age, how they look, how they think, etc. and then play thr...

Just took the Aspie test because that seems to be the most popular and comprehensive. There's a lot of interesting stuff there, I'll get around to taking more of those tests soon.

Your Aspie score: 161 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 36 of 200
You are very likely as Aspie

Hi everyone, I'm an 18 year old male and just found this site today. For the past couple of years I've suspected that I had Asperger's, and I've recently been doing a lot of research which has further convinced me. Nobody believes that I have Asperger's and the doctors I've talked to will not diagno...
