Yup. All the time. And I'm not good about initializing contact, so it's usually a case of "if you don't contact me, we don't talk" even though I feel bad that we don't and wish we did. Other times it's that I think someone is my friend, but they didn't like me and just were being polite/avoiding me.

South Bay Area. The grey point between north and central. But I heard some guy say "hella" so I think that counts.

There's no way that story is true. I hope it isn't real. Me too, but the cynic in me wouldn't be surprised if it was. Human cruelty knows no bounds. Yes, I feel the same way. After all, look at what the Nazis did. Godwin's law. Sorry, I had to. I hope it's not real, but I wouldn't discount human cr...

The site's inflammatory and illogical. However, I think that sometimes the feminist movement forgets that the goal is equal rights, not superior rights. There are many things about society that ignore women's needs. There are not so many that ignore men's. However, the feminist movement itself tends...

Oh god, I hate those. I don't see how they're useful, anyway. If someone's going to steal from the cash register, are they really going to say so on a questionnaire? When there's questions about things like handling stress and annoying customers, I think I'm supposed to say I can handle it fine, but...

Ahhhh unquantifiable parameters! *head implodes* Maybe a hurricane hits, and no one knows how to build shelter that will withstand it, except for one aspie who is obsessed with architectural engineering. Of course, he doesn't tell anyone, or even realize that a storm is coming; he just happens to be...

Which version? ACD canon, yes and no. He has some characteristics, but it couldn't have been intended as autism and Aspergers was nonexistent as a diagnosis. Basil Rathbone, probably not. Jeremy Brett, again, the closest to canon, so the same problems. Robert Downey Jr., unlikely. Benedict Cumberbat...

Oh my. Hi. Hello. I'm an illustrator. I've started many comics that were ultimately abandoned due to my lack of plot-writing ability. I do traditional media, usually with Prisma markers or colored pencils. Maybe we could do something? Most of my dA is photos or I'd link to that, but if you're intere...

Dune is one of my favorite books of any genre. People say it's rather complicated, but I liked that, because when you're reading a book vs. real life, you see all different angles of it so you feel smart when you understand the nuances...XD Ender's Game, et al. It's weird that the second book in tha...

I read that. It was very helpful to me. Honestly, I think the author's more concerned with helping people understand than in making lots of money, but hey, I dunno. In my area there's a program called Links Plus that you can use to request books outside your library system, like from other counties ...

Yay, dA!
Most of my stuff is photos, even though I would really consider myself more of a drawing person, simply because I'm too lazy to scan things.
