I voted for monogamy, but that doesn't really entail what my philosophy is in regards to sex. When I say monogamy, I'm talking more about overall faithfulness to that soulmate before, during, and after meeting him/her. I'm still very much a virgin at 25, never once having any sort of sexual encount... |

Accumulating exes. I now have an ex-girlfriend, an ex-fiancé, an ex-wife, and several girls upon whom I've had major, heart-wrenching crushes. That sucks!! ! It sucks because I'm a one-woman man -- I've never wanted to move on from my current love to another, unlike some guys who like moving on fro... |

I used to want to get married sometime in the future, but after a few (read: several) relationship mishaps, I'm leaning more toward no. Each relationship I was in, I invested a lot of trust and loyalty into, only to have it thrown back into my face. I know it takes a lot of work and whatnot to maint... |

The psychological invalid analogy is a good one, actually. It's not just married men, either. It's ingrained in our society that if you have a woman (if you're a man) or a man (if you're a woman), there's something wrong with you. It doesn't matter if you're single, married, or whatever. If you're n... |

lelia does make a good point regarding loyalty. I can confirm that I was very loyal to those I was in a relationship with in the past. However, on the flipside, because I was so loyal, it hit me hard when the relationship ended, regardless as to whether or not it was me or the other person who calle... |

I think love is different for everyone, Aspie and NT alike. Love will mean something different between two or more Aspies, just as it would between two or more NT's. It's individually defined with no absolute, black-and-white answer. We usually find what love means to us eventually through our life ... |

Eh, I must be that small exception. I'd rather be seen in public with the one I love, and even then, I have this large aversion to public displays of affection, whether it's with my supposed future partner or other couples. I just think it's kind of rude to publicly display affections like that. It'... |

I'm heterosexual with a strong asexual and autosexual lean. I pretty much define that as this: I'd fall in love with a woman when/if it happened, but I simply have very little to no sex drive. The desire to have it just isn't there. I'll admit that I had a pretty strong drive back when I was younger... |

Well, I'm no expert when it comes to love (this coming from someone who's been in four relationships, all in which have failed), but I think I have enough of a grasp on Asperger's to help you out. Aspies, like myself, are pretty literal-minded. We can't read body language that well. We can't tell th... |

I tend to view lust and love on a spectrum, just like Asperger's and Autism are on a spectrum. On one end is lust, the sexual need for a being to serve their own ends and/or to procreate. There's no emotional attachment involved. It's pretty much business as usual. On the other end of the spectrum i... |

Never for me. It's never happened, nor do I ever want it to happen. When it comes to match making, I often feel like others don't take into consideration just who would best match what you're looking for. I'm more of the 'if you want something done right, do it yourself' line of thought. If I really... |

Eh, escorts aren't for me. I'm too proud of my virginity (not to mention the money I make) to just throw it away to a stranger. |
