Hi, I'm a parent of an AS 7yo boy and have a question for the students here....

For those who attend school, do you prefer your teacher to be the same gender as yourself? And if so why?

My Son used to collect soft things like pieces of cotton, wool, material etc.
Now it is stones. I find them in his pockets, bedroom, Jacket, school bag etc..

My Son could never stand his younger sister crying, still cant. We have ear muffs for him when she cries. . Hi thanks for your reply. It was my Son's Pediatrician who made the comment.... "Sometimes you feel as a parent that you're not listened to at school because things that you see at home, like the meltdowns, the sensory overload, are not seen in school." This is exactly how it is for me at the moment...
