| There are levels because there is care on offer and they actually diagnose aspergers. As a kid growing up in the forestry plantations in South Africa, there was zero diagnosis and zero care options. However, the remote places look after strange people like me so i didn't need care. | Two for under my head, two under my knee to prevent hip joint aches (has to be the exact right angles) and two under arm (that is extended and needs to be proper to prevent arm discomfort.
