Tried to take a photograph of the sore neck on one of my pet rats. He panicked and escaped. Fortunately, after a while with the light out, he climbed on top of the does' cage and I managed to catch him with great difficulty.

Almost going into meltdown yesterday when the judge of tomorrow's rat show pulled out - two days before the show! Amazingly, I managed not to harm and eventually fixed another judge. although it means a lower status for the show.

When I was a child, I always felt ill going into a shop with fluorescent lighting. My mother used to say that I put it on. . I'm also sensitive to barometric pressure changes, and to noise.

1. I tend to talk about my special interest (pet rats) too much
