I wonder if women put a lot of effort into their appearance because they want to be confident that they will attract men. I find it hard to believe that they will wear lots of make up and take a long time getting ready simply because they want to "look nice". I think the underlying reason is that t... |

That's why I only have 1 friend irl. It's hard to be liked when you're different from everyone else. |

I'm the same way! I start doing intense research about many different things until I feel satisfied and feel like I have gotten enough information needed. Until I decide to research something completely different. I find it easy to understand the information when I read it once and memorize it. But ... |

Thank you so much. I absolutely feel most days like I want to eat more, but I stop myself because I don't want my belly to get bigger. I thought I had to eat everyday 1200 calories to get rid of my belly....But I feel better when I get 1500-1800 calories per day. If you eat too little over a prolon... |

I looked at your list of what you eat, and I'm thinking you might be eating too few calories for your activity level, especially if you have a BMI of 18.9. Going too low will actually make a person feel more stressed, and this stress will dump cortisol into your body. I typed in your height and wei... |

I already lost my butt which I am upset about. I did like having a big butt but now it's small because I've lost so much weight around there and my legs. There's definitely a remedy for this and its squats! It says you're doing strength training which is fantastic so if you aren't already, add squa... |

It's probably high cortisol. If your cortisol is high you'll have a gut basically regardless. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cushing's_syndrome Something you're doing could be causing that. I don't know what. Usually it's excess stress in some form. If you need to reduce cortisol, you can take some h... |

I am 22 years old, weigh 93 pounds and I am 4'11 tall. I am in shape everywhere but my stomach is still out of shape. I've tried cardio, strength training, ab workouts, diet, and nothing has made my belly flat. It is like a hard belly but it also jiggles and you can grab a handful of the fat with yo... |

. Wow that sounds really depressing. Sorry. I know I have to follow the gluten free diet but after a few weeks I feel sad and deprived from what I love. Can you please tell me what you eat in general for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I really need some ideas. After someone here told me that it can l... |

Even when I'm not mad and just saying something that is really not serious, I just sound serious and have a serious face when I speak. The only time that this does not happen is when I'm saying something that I find really funny, I would say that with a smile. But anything else I just sound serious ... |

It has been awhile since I've posted here. Found out a few months back that my 16 y/old son & I both have Celiac Disease....WHAT A MESS! The only treatment is a gluten-free diet. Gluten is a protein chain found in wheat, rye & barley (sometimes in oats if they were processed in the same mil... |
