| Are there other aspies like me who are also web designers / developers here? I'm the Technology Chair for my dorm, and therefore the developer of the website. we prefer solid color backgrounds to patterned ones (um... yeah, might be), I do hate non-solid backgrounds. They make the text hard to read. |

| Incorrect. The U.S. Constitution says that the States elect the President. The people in each state vote to determine which slate of Electors are sent from their state.
