If he is anything like me you should tell him in plain, unambiguous words ~ words that leave little room for doubt or misinterpretation. I think that computer stuff fit us aspies, we can work alone, communicate through email/IM, and many of us know how to use computers pretty well, I see you have many websites, have you looked into working in something related? just a suggestion ;)
