I treat my emotions like intrusive little brats, metaphorically speaking ... Grief: "WAAAAH!! !" Me: "What now?" Grief: "Someone called me a doo-doo head!" Me: "Well, quit complaining and go tell Anger!" Anger: "*&^%$#@!" Me: "Hello, anger; what's up?" Anger: "*&$^&#^&* idiot! Stupi... |

How do you guys deal with emotions? I am a very emotional person. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I know another aspie who people could describe as cold when it comes to emotion, but this person gets angry more than usual. She probably holds it all in. |

I frequently do this. I start laughing a lot without a real reason, wherever. The worst is when I do it in school: some teachers even reprove me for that. I was with depression, anxiety and depression back in August. I was placed on effexor. I was doing fine until my dosage was increased over time. I was someone who was hardly ever angry, and when I was angry it was just usually at family. Instead of getting angry at people I would get depressed. Now ... |

The offspring are the bomb! Their new album is trashy though IMO. I like Punk rock in general, even though my politics don't always necessarily agree with the ones with a "message." the new album has great songs but crusin california doesn't sound very Offspring like and I can see how it can be a t... |
