I'm exactly the same way, but I wait until I'm alone to deal with the overwhelm since yeah, I don't like others knowing how emotional I can get. I used to just cry all the time though, and publicly so maybe that's why I just learned to keep whatever I feel to myself since the embarrassment used to ...

How do you guys deal with emotions? I am a very emotional person. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I know another aspie who people could describe as cold when it comes to emotion, but this person gets angry more than usual. She probably holds it all in.

I frequently do this. I start laughing a lot without a real reason, wherever. The worst is when I do it in school: some teachers even reprove me for that. About other people, when I do it they think I'm crazy, or they get scared. I don't know if this is related to AS, but honestly I don't think so....

The offspring are the bomb! Their new album is trashy though IMO. Anyone else here besides me have a crappy job history? I haven't had a job that's lasted more than 6 months in the past 5 years.
