"Patients often come in here with depression, but are so RIGID in what they are thinking that they refuse to see anything but what they are set on," The same can be said for doctors . So true. Sounds extremely frustrating, I've had my fair share of these kind of "mental health" professionals in my ...

I don't think I make any sense to anyone but myself. I live in my own little room with it's own language and culture. I must be the last specimen of some unknown weak species that died out. Where am I? Nobody speaks the same language. Who sprayed me with permanent people repellent that makes them un...

If there's something you can't get right away, that you have to wait a couple of hours or so, and if you wait too long it might be ruined or gone, keep an eye on it. Be quick, be patient, stand beside it...pick it up, it's yours. Don't be shy but be careful, these things can turn deadly. Happened to...

you can't even overdose it This is a myth. Anything introducing extra amount of hormones into your body like melatonin does can cause damage or at least adverse effects if you take too much. Oh, I meant there is no known deadly amount... But of course, too much anything and things are going to turn...

I feel for you, It's really not nice to suffer from lack of sleep :(
