From 2013-2014 I lost approx. 140 pounds. I didn't use a very low calorie diet. Instead I signed up with a website, My Fitness Pal, although there are others. You input your height, weight etc., tell it how much you want to lose, and how fast (from .5 to 2 pounds a week). you then track all your mea...

I'm 54 years old. My colleagues, children, friends, and wife still take great delight in the fact that i still blush very easily. Any off color comment or sexually related conversation renders me bright crimson. More annoyingly is most of the time I am not nearly as embarrassed as i appear. If there...

Over the past two years I have lost 134 pounds. I started at an unimpressive 306. Two things made all the difference. I joined My Fitness Pal. an online site that helps you record your daily calorie intake as well as your exercise calories. The biggest secret is simply to count your calories. You se...

You are not alone. I understand the feeling you describe. Ever since I was a child I have had what I have named "the creepy crawlies". The flesh on my legs, arms and head crawl as though tiny bugs are running around. I describe it as being able to feel and account for each individual hair ...

The concept of anthropogenic Global warming is simply a wealth redistribution tactic designed by socialistic morons for the advancement of government control, fueled by the zealot masses of hyper-crazed environmentalist, many of whom feel humans are nothing more than a virus on the surface of the ea...

The 70's were sold on global cooling: http://stevengoddard.wordpress.com/1970s-ice-age-scare/. It was pretty universally accepted and still wrong. There are actually many scientists that disagree with the religion of AGW. Government bodies by and large have a financial stake in selling the idea that...

Wigwam King cotton socks. I wear the king cotton crew with jeans, and king cotton short with shorts. Super thick sole, 95% cotton, wear like iron. I've been buying them for about 25 years. Nothing compares.

Fire. I hate candles, never use matches, can't even fathom smoking and lighting a cigarette with a lighter right in your face. The wife handles lighting the furnace and hot water tank if the pilots go out.

Clean it? I do not even touch it. Since I was a small child I have always had a horribly irrational fear that it would "unbutton" and all my guts would spill out on the floor. I know how crazy it sounds. My wife always thought this was hilarious and dispelled the notion that this could ever happen. ...

I think it will be easy to get used to Peter Capaldi as the Doctor. However not a fan of the new opening credit sequence.

Before my introduction to Asperger's everything seemed completely logical; I have worn the exact same style Nike tennis shoes for 30 years, Nike Cortez, white on white, (although I use to wear the blue or red swoosh, now it always the white one. I argued simply I liked them, they fit well and they s...
