I like rap for it's therapeutical value, ie. making me feel more tough when walking down the street. This rapper fails to accomplish that I'm afraid. |

Told my doc that I'd probably be doing this till the day that I die, and he said it was probably not neccesairy. But doc, I want to! Oh?? lol. There is one thing though, which is so called... |

Not since my, Bless her, grandma gave me a very wise life lesson. Always assume others have good intentions, especially when you don't know them.
I don't always succeed in achieving this mind set, but the glimpses I had where very worthwhile to pursue. |

The thing in doing hygenie and actually everything in a disciplined way is Rituals. I have very clear rituals and checklists for every part and different events of the day. And I also have a checklist for the checklist, as stupid as it sounds. But I dont have any problem with brushing any more (only... |

This is also a very comforting thought, since it will mean I'll have a TOTAL BREAK-STATE of my mind since I've never ever come close to the opiod type stuff. Who know... |

I communicated something to someone in not a way they could understand. It caused a stressful situation, and I am the one at fault for it, not only for the miscommunication but also the lack of response to key issues. Which was also vastly my fault. You are never at fault if you had good intentions... |
