Just because I'm curious http://img812.imageshack.us/img812/5425/moicr.jpg I just want to begin by saying that I do not mean to be hurtful in anyway. I'm just simply going by beauty standards that are grounded in human psychology. I would currently rate your face a 5.5/10. I'll list the positives f...

Does anyone else find it difficult to learn something new (especially if it's technical) by reading about it? I don't mean simple information, like the news and such, I mean like a textbook. I do well with visual representation of information, but reading is too exhausting. The problem is that ever...

I sometimes wonder if being honest about AS would have helped people understand what I was finding hard with teacher training before I failed it. i'm also considering being open about it at uni- this year has been really hard (mostly socially but it impacted on my work) and I've got an end of year ...

I got 25% extra time and the use of a computer instead of writing my exams at university because of AS, which was pretty awesome (and made my friends very jealous  ). Out of interest, what job did you get? I haven't told the summer camp I work at that I have AS since they might assume that...

To make this short I had an interview for a new job. The interview wasn't going so well because I took too long to answer questions and it was going awkward and stuff like that so at the end I said to my now current boss "I just want to let you know I have aspergers syndrome do you know what that is...

I met my BF and what caught my interest in himw as his kindness and properness. He did make himself noticable though with his extreme opinions, which is what made me look his way in the first place. I have no idea what your BF's personality is like but how do you stand his "uniqueness" that comes w...

I see some people on this forum who are aspies saying they have a wife or a girlfriend but what I want to ask is how? Are those men's wives/girlfriends the bottom of the barrel so to speak? I just don't see any normal woman being attracted to a person with aspergers unless he has model good looks or...

Is there anyone who know's a lot about legal stuff who can answer my question? I want to know if it's possible to sue your parents if you have autism or any other disability? But yeah I don't think if one legitimately has an ASD they are going to 'grow out of it.' and develop typical neurology. I just want to clarify what I'm trying to get at in this thread. The brain is plastic so to speak and can be altered during development. It is not unreasonable to think that cert...
