Anybody I know would say that I am one of the most fidgety people they know lol... it's not a lie, either... I never really notice that I'm moving something until I look down and see it or until a friend or someone sitting nearby copies me and looks at me suspiciously until I notice them ... ahh wel...

Well it's easier to tell with some people. For example, I was watching a video where one of my favorite singers was on and I thought that he may have Asperger's because 1) He says he is introverted and 2) I could just notice it in the way he fidgets with his hands
