I'm in the same boat. I was told a professional diagnosis wouldn't benefit me, so there's no point despite the fact that it's very likely to be the case and treatment seems to be effective so far. The label doesn't really matter if you don't need government benefits and treatment seems to be helping...

Absolutely! I've recently taken up classical ballet and fell in love with it. I wasn't able to do it as a kid. I'm the kind of gal who was always picked last in gym, no hand-eye coordination, etc. but somehow, ballet works. I think any structured technique class would work, as long as the dance styl...
