I think i may have this, just registered on here today and found out about it. The only thing is i am good at maths, but with everything else i can relate to. I have been diagnosed with ADD in 1997, and i have found a local support group. But i feel i have far more severe social problems than my AD... |

Had severe anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks all my life. Also suffer from Agoraphobia and the way i cope is to avoid people. |

Is it possible to be on the autistic spectrum without displaying repetitive behaviour? I feel i have severe problems when it comes to social interaction and communication, but i don't really have any of the repetitive behaviour. |

People with PDD-NOS diagnosis are basically people who have symptoms of autism/Asperger syndrome, but not enough for a diagnosis. I don't believe it is used as a diagnosis in the UK. I'm trying to work this one out myself, i think people i trust i might confide in, but not be upfront with everyone. I think its fair to say some people will be understanding, and others will be judgemental, so i am a bit weary. |
