I just thought of something else that's also great to have: Weight, anything weighted. Weighted vests and blankets are the best but honestly you really don't necessarily need to go even that far. A bag of dried beans or rice could work. They're great to put on your sholders or arms or your lap or e... |

howard leight clarity earmuffs are designed to block out just loud noise and not most noise like most ear defenders (including others of there own brand) i love howard leight l1 and l2 but they DO block out more than just loud sounds which is what i need anyways |

i have that every morning but its for my hypocondreiack type constant fears in my head i had it changed to 20 it were great for me were still getting fears but they would stop after now its not realy at all but they say its because im moving (im moving care homes in 12 days ) |

i have a big box of lids cans containers tubs bits of stuff sugar bowls balls skittles red bull cans dice cups dog chew rings spining tops baubles etc that i love to spin and watch them bounce i could do it for hours |

Oh man, I was obsessed with that show when I was younger. I must have watched those VHS tapes with Ringo Starr enough times to drive my parents crazy.
