Unfortunately it seems unlikely that the ban will be overturned under the Privileges or Immunities Clause. The several reasons for owning a gun are highly dependent upon being justified by excellent reasoning abilities in a crisis situation. This thread is wandering too much away from bear arms. Armaments are poorly designed for bears as are cell phones. Bears find it almost impossible to text message since they lack proper thumbs and the USA is missing a big bet in a new market by not making both armaments and cell phones adaptable fo... |
