| I wear sunglasses even in a modicum of sunlight. I wear earplugs for sleeping, but they fall out of my ears every single night! I have rather small ear canals and so I fit them to my ears and then they swell up (they're made of a foamy sort of material) and fall out. It's so frustrating! |

| There are times where I definitely notice I'm doing it and either make myself stop, or allow myself to stop on my own. And then there are other times where I don't notice it until either I hit something or my ankle hurts from jiggling my foot for so long! |

| Me too. I make lists for everything. I take great comfort in lists in fact. My bosses at work make to-do lists for the employees at the beginning of our shifts and I love that. Everything spelled out and concise. |
