| These people are usually introverts. I only speak to them when asked a question and even then I stutter and take a deep breath before speaking still with my breath held. Other people I talk to "normally". It's almost like selective mutism. |

| I do it with wraps, sandwiches and other foods that are combined. I don't like sandwiches too thick, I don't like too much lettuce. Also if there is something I don't like, like olives for example I have to take all of them out before I will eat. |

| I hate too much noise but at the same time, I cannot stand complete silence. I think the silence puts all of my senses on high alert because I have nothing to focus on. I need some sort of background noise like a TV or music. They just have to be loud enough to break the silence. |

| I love a variety of foods, I keep thinking I'm the only one! I am 'fussy' about sandwiches tho. They can't be too thick or have certain combinations. I also eat everything on the plate separately. |
