I think Obama's alarmed that there's a Republican majority in both houses of Congress. Even more than health care, one of his "pet desires" immigration reform. Perhaps he jumped the gun a bit--perhaps he should have waited until he could effect a compromise. Some Republicans weren't as "gung-ho" ab...

Completely lawless. The president now rules by decree, this is officially a dictatorship. I would say it is lawless and seditious for a sitting Congress to openly vow to obstruct and sabotage every thing Obama says, does or tries to do, ...

I'd be in favor of amnesty for hardworking and otherwise law-abiding illegals, and a much more open immigration policy in general. But not by Imperial Decree. Obama is trying to make law, in defiance of Congress, which is absolutely not his job. Those who think it's all perfectly marvelous should c...

I have no interest in anything that draws attention to me. I know that extroverts would say that people like me are insecure because of not wanting attention but I view people who crave attention, acceptance and validation as the ones who are insecure.

I don't think autism is any of the above. It depends on individual perspective. It is not the same for everyone. To me, that label is not an excuse, it is an explanation, a tool pointing to understanding issues.

... brain dead right wing voters. And the left ones are just as brain dead. Though I'd say more than, actually, due to restricting more freedoms than the other side (I weigh it up on which one is more authoritarian). Whatever. I live right smack dab in the middle of GOP'ville and the collective IQ ...

It's a two years old new, but I only learned it now. Knowledge-Based Education ? We oppose the teaching of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) (values clarification), critical thinking skills and similar programs that are simply a relabeling of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) (mastery learning) which...

The GOP opposes thinking, period. They do not value intelligence, or integrity. They rely on the ignorance of Americans to win elections. Everything the GOP is for runs contrary to the will of majority America yet they are still able to propagandize themselves into victory in midterm elections mainl...

It could be useful in that people who register might find it easier to bring legal action against authorities who respond inappropriately to calls involving people with autism. The police in my little community of 10,000 know I am on"the spectrum." Even though I never actually have meltdowns I do ha...

I have heard about Chris many times but only a few days ago spent any time viewing his videos. I started with a couple of his latest, then went back to the beginning and watched for a few hours. I don't see any kind of hero or autistic role model. I see someone who needs therapy worse than anyone on...

It is not "all illegal immigrants" he is talking about Also, he has tried working with a Congress which has a record number of filibusters, and who have openly vowed to obstruct and sabotage EVERYTHING Obama since the day he was first elected POTUS. Congress refuses to act on ANYTHING but rather dep...

Find a different group of people to socialize with, even if it means alienating from your own family. Surrounding yourself with dishonest people is demeaning yourself. Find a new crowd. It is better to walk through life alone than to socialize with people who do not value integrity.

I think network tv has become too dumbed down, but cable is no better. I don't want to see nudity or raunchiness on tv. I will rent a movie if I want to watch garbage. I don't know who cable tv is marketing toward but what I see on cable is nothing but pure stupidity. Intelligence does not fly for c...

About the most serious sin a God fearing person can do is commit Idolatry, it is giving worship and hope for salvation to something other than God Almighty. The Bible and Koran are books, lets presume they do in fact carry the message of God, but they are not God himself, just a load of paper. Even...
