Windex and Vim. My reaction to those when the smell is very strong are the followings:

-burning throat, nose and chest
-sinuses issue and headache
-drowsiness and possible fainting
-breathing struggle

When I feel troubled or anxious, m y mind tends to build up possible scenarios and animate it, pretty much like a movie, if you will. To be honest, I am not sure why my brains function this way and sometimes, it's out of my own control. Does it have to do with being a visual thinker?
