Spec Ops: The Line. The ultimate subversion of military shooters. Maybe not "underrated" since critics freaking loved it, but not very widely known. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy shooters but get sick of the dumbness in games like Call of Duty and Gears of War.

I never understod the Governor's motivation for keeping the zombie heads in jars. Just trophies? It didn't really seem to fit his character. The Terminus folks didn't make complete sense to me, either. I understand them fearing and even hating people, but luring them in and eating them? Nah. There ...

Well, The Walking Dead (tv show and comics) really weren't ever about zombies...they're about what happens when society as we know it collapses, and what savage critters we humans really are. Zombies are just a plot/thematic device. It's pretty inevitable that the zombies eventually become secondary...

Before getting my diagnosis (which happened for me at age 21), I was actually training to become a High School English teacher. One of the most disheartening experiences of my life. It's painfully obvious how broken the system is. We don't teach kids how to think, we teach them how to jump through h...

Breaking Bad is not on anymore, and when it was, it was the exception. Game of Thrones is overrated. Not as good as Lost, The Wire, and The Sopranos. Comedy is not as good either. For every Modern Family, Family Guy, and Veep, you get five of these terrible sitcoms that show up for three episodes a...

Learned the hard way on Halloween what a dangerous cocktail rum and coke. All the caffeine kept me up all night, so the next day at work I was hung over AND sleep deprived. I don't think I've ever heard another person order this, but rum and rootbeer is awesome. Particularly if you have a more vanil...

Not gonna read through 5 pages of comments so forgive me if I'm just repeating stuff, but honestly, this is the golden age of television. Don't get me wrong, there's a whole lot of crap out there still, but the "Jersey Shore" style reality-tv shows don't seem nearly as prevalent as they were a few y...

Oh lord, this is a tough one for me because I've had a few just awful reoccurring ones. There's one where I'm home with my family (my mom and little sister), guys in ski masks break in, I try to fight them off but can't, they drag me off, and I wake up just as they're getting ready to rape me. I hav...

I'm sort of on the asexual spectrum...for me, affection is infinitely more important than sex. I also don't really get attracted to most people on first glance, but once I start to like someone on a personal level they get a lot more attractive to me. Even then...idk, I get more sexual urges sometim...

Jesus approved of slavery. Did he? I'm no biblical scholar so it's entirely possible I missed that passage, but it definitely doesn't gel with most of his messages. The basic point I'm trying to make here is that in America we always throw around the term "Christian nation", but are values sure don...

Well, I think I get where the OP is coming from, and you could make a solid argument that the more highly evolved people are much more likely to realize we already have a serious overpopulation problem and are less likely to procreate. However this is way too much of a black-and-white blanket statem...

It's fairly horrifying to me that consent is such a big issue. No means no, silence does not equal yes, and if they're stupidly inebriated they can't consent (that one might be a bit trickier in a really close relationship, mainly applies to college parties and the like...this is a horrible example,...

What IS a "Christian nation"? What would such a thing look like if we saw it? How does the USA compare that place (where ever it is)? Good question. It's tough, because I doubt that one has ever existed...to me, a Christian nation would be one that actually employs the values Jesus taught in it's p...

True, but if there are no parallel universes there must be a God. Between this and your ISIS thread, I seriously can't figure out if you're a troll or a legit conservative. If you are trolling, an autistic forum is a pretty effed up place to pull that crap. Just saying. And if you're not trolling.....

Have you tried weed? Very dangerous for aspies and people who are chemically unbalanced. If you're going to self-medicate, then it's clearly the best option out there, but for people like us who tend to rely on routines and really want an escape, it's incredibly easy to get addicted to the high. It...

No. I don't really see many practical reasons to do so. I do, for the practical reason it helps with antiperspirant/deodorant. I think one of the main reasons guys to tend stink more is our deodorant gets all matted up in our fur and never even reaches the pit (at least for the naturally furry man-...
